How to buy a Gorilla Tag account safely

The checklist

• Use a marketplace that holds the seller's money. On Gorilla Tag Marketplace the seller is not paid until 7 days after your purchase.
• Read what the buyer gets. Listings say whether you receive full access (email and recovery included) or login only.
• Change the password and recovery details as soon as you get the account. Never share the login.
• Keep every chat on the site. Staff can read chats and reports, and they only help with deals that happened here.
• Never share passwords or verification codes in a chat, and never pay outside the site.

What if the account is not as described?

Press "Report a problem" in Your purchases during the 7-day protection period. Staff look at the chat and the listing, and test the login.

If the claim is right, staff approve a refund. The seller has to take the account back and change the details, staff check that your old login no longer works, and then you get your credits back. Refunds are for accounts and come back as credits, not to your card.

Good to know

You must be 18 or older to use the site. Credits are bought with real money through Stripe and are not refundable, which is different from accounts. For your safety, the login details of a sold account are deleted from our system 30 days after the sale, so save them when you get the account.
